This page is aimed at describing the administrative procedures concerning the processing of personal data by Multiproget srl, registered office in Pozzoleone (VI) Via Casonetto 16, VAT registration number IT02579770245, email: privacy@multiproget.it, as Controller (Art. 4 num. 7 REGULATION (EU) 2016/ 679).

This statement is produced pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 – Personal Data Protection Code – and artt. 13 and 14 of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR – for those who interact with Multiproget.

The information provided does not concern other online websites, pages or services that can be accessed via hyperlinks on the Multiproget website but relate to resources outside Multiproget’s domain.

WHERE DATA PROCESSING TAKES PLACE

The processing operations connected to the web services of this website and to the interactions with Multiproget take place at the above-mentioned Multiproget field office. Personal data will not be disseminated, except with the consent of the data subject. 

THE TYPES OF DATA PROCESSED

Navigation data

The computer systems and software procedures in charge of the website operation acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data the transmission of which is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. 

This information is not collected in order to be associated to identified data subjects, but due to its same nature can, by means of processing and integration with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. 

This category includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the users to connect to the website, URI (Uniform Resource Identifier) form addresses of the resources requested, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in reply, the numerical code indicating the status of the reply given by the server (done, error, etc.) and other parameters concerning the users operating system and computer environment. 

These data are used with the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information concerning the use of the site and to check its correct operation. 

These data can be used to ascertain responsibility in the case of hypothetical computer crimes to the detriment of the website and can be communicated to the Judicial Authority, in the event that the latter explicitly requests such data.

Data supplied voluntarily by the user

The dispatching of communication through website forms, email address, phone number or address of the Controller, or the direct contact with Multiproget staff, entails the subsequent acquisition of the personal data (as name, surname, telephone number, e-mail, …) communicated by the subject and the processing necessary for performing the requested servicing or the pre-contractual or contractual relationship which should arise. 

Although this data conferment is optional, the conferment is the necessary condition to establish or process the abovementioned relationship. The processing legal basis is the performance of a contract to which the data subject is party or in order to take steps at the request of the data subject prior to entering into a contract and the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller (Art. 6, sub 1, lett. B and F of REGULATION (EU) 2016/679, art. 24 sub. 1, lett. B and G of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).

For this purpose, data can be kept for no longer than 30 years since last contact with the data subject.

DATA PROCESSING PROCEDURES

The personal data shall be processed using computerized and data transmission systems, mainly by electronic and computerized means, as well as on paper in the case of certain specific operations.

Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent the loss of data, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorised access.

SUBJECTS WHO PROCESS DATA

The personal data collected as above are processed, for the above referred purposes by Multiproget staff, acting on specific instructions concerning purposes and arrangements of such processing, and by third parties who supply advisory/consultancy activities to the Controller, such as:

  • Computer system Maintenance firms, web site maintenance firms;
  • Organizations, consultants, professional firms

An up-to-date list of the Data Processors can be requested to the Controller.

MINORS

Multiproget doesn’t intentionally use his internet site to request child’s personal data.

DATA SUBJECTS’ RIGHTS

The subjects to whom the personal data refer can assert their rights, deriving from art. 7 of Italian Personal Data Protection Code and articles from 15 to 21 of GDPR in the manner set out in art. 8 of Personal Data Protection Code and art.12 of GDPR, and, consequently:

  • Obtain access to the personal data, their rectification or erasure or restriction of processing or to object to processing, in addition to data portability
  • withdraw consent, if based on art. 6, par. 1, let. a) of GDPR, at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal
  • lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
